I am heir to my grandfather’s land in Houston Tx and over 40k in back Property Taxes built up on it before they reached out to me in California. They attempted to begin foreclosing on it in June but I filed an appeal. I need to know if this process can reclaim this property without paying 4ok to reclaim.

    1. Ok Bro. After receiving the reclaimation you will need to file it in the county register of deeds where you live. Ask the county clerk for a certified copy. Then put a copy into your court case with the STATE/ Child Support.

    The Empress is the real deal. In two days I was able to enter my Reclamation packet into two old court cases in my previous county. My papers were stamped. By two separate State Courts and entered in as official. With these two Certified Packets I was able to go to the county which I lived and after almost two years of trying to get remedy with my own papers in two days I was able to get two Certified Copies from two separate courts. One custody and the other in a Juvenile case for my child. Prior attempts with my own paper no one ever told me the process in which I was to go about submitting Reclamation Papers. This time it was different. It was as if the Empress papers had magic. The county Clerk actually told me what was wrong with my papers and how to fix them. This happened after she had rejected me and said my papers are not file able. I stormed out of the building and went to my car to gather my thoughts. I told myself no not this time. I went back to the clerk and asked her why she keeps turning me away. She looked at me and picked up my packet. She said, These papers have no address on them and in order for us to take your papers an address has to be on these papers so we will know what property these papers should be filed with”. Along with papers from the Title company my home is in there files and they can not go off word of mouth. I looked at her and said “Wow”. Lady you are a blessing. After all this time all I needed is to have an address on my papers. She said ” yes”. Now if she don’t take my papers after I jump through this hoop I will go straight to the State Recorders office in the State Capital and record my documents there instead of the County. Then work my way down. It is probably easier gowing from the top down then the bottom up. The first magical thing that happened was when I went to Social Security to correct my name and Status. Well I was able to correct my name with the name correction on the Empress paper work but ran into a issue when wanting US Citizen changed from my files. The supervisor came to me and the worker and said I can only put US Citizen but I know better. So I did not argue but was attempting to explain the difference between US , USA and USAR. She insisted on saying they are all the same so next time I go back in I will have a print out of the differences between the three. Most people seem to appreciate being educated on what they do not know and then you have those few that are just evil to the core and exhibit their racist attitudes. My point in telling this story is never give up and keep trying. Make friends and educate those who do not know. FEAR NO MAN and walk with a light stick. My final entry today was when I went into DMV to changed my name and correct my Titles for my Conveyances. I had success doing that and then attempted to get a real ID Nationaly recognized State ID. I got denied their and their excuse was that I had to go through their courts in order for my name change to be valid. I know better and know her and her supervisor are clueless. They even said my papers are not valid because they did not come from a real court. Again, I know better. God sent an angel and she entered my new name in the system and only charged me for one Title change when I had 3. I was not able to get the ID but tomorrow is another day. Half the state is in compliance with the Empress papers and the other half are just cluless. I made a call to Congress Woman Maxine Waters and she directed me to my Senator in my district because she did not want to over ride another persons district. My Congressman is a Republican who lost and he probably saw I did not vote for him so that went no where. LoL !!! I told his secratary to tell him that if he was a Man that like to go places maybe he would still be employed. A little Masonic thing. Haha. Well,.     1. Peace and Love! My suggestion is for you to make a public Proclaimation & Declaration ( Natural Indigenous Birth Record) by Affidavit stating the proper status of the child. File it in the county recorders office under Affidavits or Notices. Then take the certified copy of that filing to the Schools, Doctors, Courts and where ever needed when asked to produce your childs birth records.
      *** Also do the same thing with shots/ vaccinations. Write up an Affidavit of your Indigenous/ Religious Right to waive immunization shots. Every State has a law for you to use to waive immunization shots. It is not mandatory and all people are not forced to get them only the uneducated are forced into assimilation.

Also Reclaiming Nationality to most would be considered the same. Yet we are on our own land ‘America’ and we (our Ancestors) has many tribes, nations and clans. Give them certified copies of your status correction/ reclaimation from the register of deeds where you file the document.

    1. Peace and Love! Regarding the disclaimer and service agreement. Put what applies to what you are getting. If you are getting a reclaimation you put 186.00 on the line. If you are getting passport you put 360.00 on the donation line. If there is no donation to attach and you just want to turn in your disclaimer statement to disclaim your allegiance to any other government agencies. Just put 0 with a line drawn thru. Either way we need the disclaimer and will need an affidavit of truth stating that you have no other affiliations and/or denounce all other affiliations with any other governmental agency, nation, tribe, clan or temple. We are a bonafide Imperial/ Tribal Government with administrative courts [Empress’ (6) Royal Courts] to adjudicate upon the land.     1. Peace and Love; Noble. Yes the reclaimation process will work for Aborigine Inhabitants Worldwide. You would find out your maternal great great grandparents information ( titles & tribal affiliations) and we will add them to the reclaimation. Afterwards you file this information in the same place “birth certificates” & marriages are filed. In our case in America its the Register of Deeds.

  45. I will be on the road working the rest of the year. How can I file or do you offer filling documents for those who can’t or don’t have the means to.
